About Us

LawVantage.com, LLC exists to serve our members. Our mission is to be the premier Internet Legal Documents Library to Web-enabled law firms and corporate law departments. LawVantage.com, LLC has developed unique technologies and methodologies for content discovery, qualification, retrieval, preparation and classification.

We presently operate two complementary web sites.

Our LawAnytime^SM Legal Documents Library (URL: www.lawanytime.com) provides 1,600 pre-qualified contracts, benefit plans and other legal documents to private practice attorneys and to individual companies. LawAnytime^SM members pay one low library membership fee (typically, recoupable in about one billable hour) for unlimited downloads - unlimited use during the membership year.

Our separate LawVantage® Legal Documents Library (URL: www.lawvantage.com) caters to the low volume user. LawVantage® members pay one very low fee for up to five document downloads or one year, whichever occurs first.

LawAnytime^SM was created as a direct result of input from our LawVantage® Legal Documents Library members and e-mail from prospective members who want more documents and unlimited access.

LawVantage.com, LLC is a privately held company founded in 1998. We are based in Irvine, California. Our founders bring a unique mix of backgrounds, resources and creativity to LawVantage.com, LLC. Their experiences range from private law practice (corporate, business and real estate transactions), to software and web development, to operating a mid-size manufacturer (thereby adding a corporate law department - law client perspective).
