1. We are committed to your privacy. scroll up

We are committed to protecting your privacy when you visit our web site. We believe in, and practice, full disclosure and informed consent with respect to your personal information. It is our hope that by doing so we will earn your trust and confidence. The following is a disclosure of our privacy policy with respect to your information.

The following is a disclosure of our privacy policy with respect to your information.

2. Generally, no information is requested from you. scroll up

At LawVantage.com(SM) we let you retain as much control as possible over your personal information. Generally, you may visit and use our site at anytime without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. This applies to those portions of our site that are not restricted to use by our registered members. The download portion of our Internet Legal Documents Library is an example of a site section restricted to use by our registered members.

3. Occasionally, limited information is needed from you. scroll up

Sometimes we need information from you. On occasion, we might request your e-mail address (to correspond with you), your name, address and telephone number (to register you at your request as a library member) or your user name and password (to allow you to download sample contracts, employee benefit plans and other legal documents from our Internet Legal Documents Library).

4. We do not sell or lease your personal information. scroll up

When you choose to provide us with your personal information via the Internet, we presume you want that information kept private. Therefore, we do not sell or lease your personal information to other companies or individuals. If we ever sell the company or our web site, we would, of course, include our membership information among the assets being transferred to the buyer. To do otherwise, would interrupt your service or cause other customer service difficulties.

Like most Internet sites, when possible, we track how people like you came to visit our site. Such data is then analyzed to determine trends, statistics and the effectiveness of our links and ad banners located on other Internet sites.

We have implemented these practices for your protection.

We reserve the right to change our policies at any time with respect to members who join or renew after the effective date of the change. We will attempt to send written e-mail notice to each of our registered library members when we do so.

Please direct your questions regarding our privacy policy to our site coordinator at support@lawvantage.com for clarification. To return to the site, please use the "Back" button on your browser.
